Exciting Opportunity for a Guidewire Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Guidewire Business Analyst to join our growing team. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have expertise in Guidewire applications, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge any gaps between business needs and technical capabilities.
Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems to ensure they meet the business requirements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and improve processes.
Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and their functionality.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Guidewire certification(s) in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Experience with system design, configuration, and integration within Guidewire.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering business value.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
