Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispute Correspondence Support
Specialist to provide support to the Loan Administration Support
Department's Dispute Team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and provide written analysis of customer complaints,
focusing on business and regulatory errors
Maintain and update the customer complaint file tracking system to
ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with internal business units to gather information for
resolving open complaints
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED required; college education
preferred
Minimum of two years of related mortgage banking and/or financial
industry experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Familiarity with industry-specific software packages is
preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and prioritize
work effectively
