Job Description:
A company is looking for a VIP QA Officer to analyze and provide
feedback on the performance of VIP Customer Support Agents and
Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Chats/Emails/Calls from VIP Customer Support Agents and VIP
Account Managers
Provide detailed feedback and collaborate on Performance
Improvement Plans
Inform management of urgent cases and suggest process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Advanced level of English
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Account
Management
Experience with customer communication tools, preferably Intercom
and Unitalk
Experience in Gambling/Betting and/or advanced sports knowledge
Experience working with multinational teams to optimize
processes
