Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Operations Specialist to
join their Growth Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with campaign owners to understand business goals and
communicate campaign progress
Monitor and optimize email and push campaigns, providing insights
and performance-based recommendations
Execute automated journeys across the customer lifecycle and assist
in promotional campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing CRM, or
related functions
Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM
marketing technology
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly
preferred
