Vice President of Sales & Account Management!The Vice President of
Sales & Account Management at WPS Health Plan is responsible for
transforming the sales culture, shaping sales strategies, fostering
client relationships, creating a high-performance sales team, and
driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:
- Define sales objectives, performance metrics, and growth
targets across the product portfolio; track and measure progress
against those.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and
market dynamics.
- Provide strategic guidance on market expansion, product
development, and competitive positioning.
- Lead the transformation of the sales organization - building a
strong culture, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Implement best practices, disciplines, and processes to
optimize sales performance and efficiency.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients,
brokers, and partners.
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and
presentations as required.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high
school and/or related work experience.
- 10+ years of group health plan sales experience, with at least
7 years of sales leadership experience; Medicare Supplement
experience is a plus.
- Must be a currently licensed producer in Wisconsin.
- Must have established broker relationships in Wisconsin.
- Must have proven experience leading high performing teams in
the group health plan.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience implementing Salesforce or a similar CRM
preferred.Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000 + short-term incentive
plan bonus.The base pay offered for this position may vary within
the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience, and may fall outside of this range.Work Location:
Candidates must currently live within Wisconsin; preference will be
given to a candidate within commutable distance from the Madison
area.
