Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Similar technical education, or a combination of equivalent experience & education.



Skills:

AutoCAD, Catia-V5, Zuken / Capital Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics is preferred
Hands on Experience in Electrical harness modelling in Catia-V5 / Zuken / Capital Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics or similar tools for Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation
Analyse and create Electrical designs in 3D models using Schematic drawings
Passenger Aircraft electrical system design experience.
Wire Bundle calculation
Knowledge about selection of components, connectors, wire sizes & Conduits
Design considerations for type of protections required while routing wire harnesses.
Able to define: Branching, bend radius, colours requirement per industry standards.
Hands on experience in designing of supporting brackets for the installation of wire harnesses using Sheetmetal/ part module in Catia-V5 / Zuken / Capital Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics
Experienced in applying GD&T and perform Tol. Stack up
Maintains Aerospace Industry related and applicable documents.
