Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst/Sr Analyst,
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and monitor the compensation program, analyzing market
trends and internal equity
Lead HRIS (Workday) implementations and upgrades related to
compensation
Develop and implement incentive programs to enhance a "pay for
performance" culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related
field
One to two years of related experience or three to five years'
experience in compensation
Experience with Workday HRIS systems and reporting functions
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
Proficient in Excel and MS Office platforms
