The client is seeking Business Analyst/Consultant IV

This position will be a business analyst for the IRIS 2.0 project scoping and building a new custom highly-automated case management system for the client.

Top Required Skills:
10+ years' experience in the following:
Documenting requirements
Requirements gathering and analysis
Technical writing and documentation
Agile


Nice to Have Skills:
Project Management
User Test Plans
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous work experience with the Client or other government entities is preferred









Mandatory skills:
