Job Responsibilities:

Encore role: When a customer has taken delivery of a new vehicle, it is your job to reach out and schedule a follow up delivery. At this time, you meet at their home, work, or the dealership, and answer all questions they have regarding the vehicle and their mobile app.

* Basic lot duties such as filling vehicles with gas and organizing the inventory.


* Set up new vehicles after pre-delivery inspection.


* Assist with showroom maintenance.


* Create 2 engaging social media posts per month.


* Double check vehicles after detail is complete, to be the final set of eyes.


* Assist on the show floor when coverage is needed. Things such as setting up and going on test drives, answering basic questions, passing the customer off to a sales person when they become available.


* Assist with the delivery process during high traffic times



Job Qualifications:

* Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday.

* Ability to work in a team setting.
* Effective listening skills.
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
