Job Description:

A company is looking for a Spanish International Telephonic/Video Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer client calls, providing first name and interpreter ID
Communicate concepts accurately between non-English and English speakers while maintaining clarity and tone
Follow client instructions and manage conversation flow while using medical glossaries as needed

Required Qualifications

Complete fluency in English and Spanish
2+ years of professional telephone interpreting experience
Strong cultural understanding to explain concepts clearly
Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and glossaries
