Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:

• Customer Welcome Wagon: Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.
• Service Navigator: Assist customers in understanding their RV & motorhome servicing needs.
• Problem-Solving Mechanic: Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.
• Communication Roadmap: Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued every mile of the way.
• Knowledge Fuel: Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.
• Relationship Builder: Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.
• Quality Control Driver: Ensure all RV & Motorhome work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
• Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI).
  Requirements:Your Performance Specs:
  • Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer programs to keep things running smoothly.
  • Education: High school diploma or higher required.
  • Math Skills: Basic math for billing and payments-keeping the numbers in check!
  • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license is essential for this road trip.
