Verstela is seeking reliable and dedicated General Assembly Workers to join our network of talented professionals for light industrial positions with a diverse range of clients. Whether working on an assembly line or in a hands-on production environment, youll contribute to maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Line Work: Assemble components and parts to build products accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or issues, ensuring they meet quality standards before shipment.
• Production Support: Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment, assisting in various steps of the production process.
• Packaging: Package completed products and prepare them for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and protection during transit.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Adaptability: Take on various tasks as needed, depending on client requirements and assembly project needs.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous general assembly, manufacturing, or light industrial experience preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and following detailed assembly instructions.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with basic hand tools or assembly equipment is a plus.
  • Safety Awareness: Understanding of workplace safety practices in industrial settings.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
