A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist
who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers,
ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, researching and resolving loan-level
inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and
property loss
Listen to customer concerns with empathy and provide effective
resolutions
Participate in special projects and adjust priorities as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of work
experience required
Preferred college degree with 0-1 year of work experience
Ability to adapt well to change and work in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in multitasking using technology for call handling and
documentation
Relentless drive to own and resolve customer issues
