Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Data Specialist to support
retail-owners in managing and reporting data using the AgriMine
system.
Key Responsibilities:
Support electronic reporting of transactional data and ensure data
quality in the AgriMine system
Provide Level One support for retailer-users, resolving data and
system issues
Conduct onboarding and training for retailers on the AgriMine
system and manage retailer data health
Required Qualifications:
4-year degree with 1-2 years of customer service-related
experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and resolve
issues
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate
effectively
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and shifting
priorities
Basic data analysis skills
