Job Description:

A company is looking for a Training Content Creator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging learning resources for frontline teams, including self-paced online courses and instructional videos
Distill complex product updates into clear, actionable training materials for various audiences
Manage projects proactively and track the effectiveness of training content over time

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing training resources for customer-facing frontline teams
2+ years of expertise in supporting a high-volume customer support center
Proficiency in instructional design and video editing tools, such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
Proven project management skills with experience in planning and coordinating training content
Experience supporting product launches in a tech startup or dynamic environment
