Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learner Services Advisor to guide and
support students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic guidance and support to learners regarding course
navigation and expectations
Engage with learners to address non-academic inquiries through
various communication channels
Collaborate with colleagues to implement retention strategies and
support at-risk learners
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to learn basic technical computer skills
1+ years' experience in customer service or a related role is
preferred
Proficient in MS Office and other business tools
Demonstrated ability to support a diverse and inclusive work
environment
