*Gross weekly pay: * *$2506 (Non-Taxable $1246+ Taxable $1260)*

*Location: Lake Geneva, WI*

*No locals accepted. Must be 50 miles away from the facility*

*Requirements:*

*Must have 1 years of experience as MLS/MLT*

*Hematology and Blood Bank experience required*

*Must be qualified to perform high complexity testing according to CLIA 493.1489 Standard; Testing personnel qualifications.*
*MLT/MLS Generalist Certification or Specialty Certification BB, C, H or M required*

*Must have active BLS (AHA), ASCP*

*Summary*

As a Travel Medical Lab Scientist, you will be integral to delivering high-quality laboratory services in various healthcare settings. Reporting to the laboratory manager, you will utilize your core skills in specimen collection, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures to ensure accurate testing and analysis. Your expertise in blood banking and hematology, along with premium skills in data management and PCR, will enhance laboratory efficiency. The organization expects you to maintain high standards of medical terminology and vital sign monitoring, contributing significantly to patient care and safety in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*
* Collect and process specimens, ensuring adherence to laboratory procedures and medical terminology.
* Perform venipuncture and blood sampling while monitoring vital signs.
* Conduct hematology tests and manage blood banking activities.
* Utilize advanced techniques such as ELISA, PCR, and flow cytometry for data analysis.
* Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.
