As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. Geode is hiring experienced Psychiatrist along with Residents for future start dates. A four-day work week is also possible. It is reasonable to expect you will do more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days.Our model is working. Our providers use a measurement-based care approach, which allows them to track outcomes through data to inform their plan of care, so they can strive to provide best-in-class psychiatric/therapeutic care.
