Day.Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST HOURLY to join our THERAPY team! The Occupational Therapist will work primarily with Outpatient adult and geriatric patients, and cover Inpatient on an occasional basis.The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Occupational Therapy standards, considering the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.HOURS: .6 FTE/48 hours every two weeks working flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, day shift hours.Experience/QualificationsKnowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through a minimum of a bachelors degree in occupational therapy.Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan Occupational Therapy license required.Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hireEmployee BenefitsFull benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.Sign on Bonus eligible position!PTO accrual from day one!Generous retirement plan with match available.Wellness program for employees and their families.Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital & Clinics has been dedicated to providing the highest level of care to Portage and the surrounding communities for over 100 years.
