Work Schedule :100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. You will work at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI.Be part of something remarkable.As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant :Who Has:Strong passion for EndocrinologyClinical rotations or past work experience in EndocrinologyYou will also:Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and/or general endocrine disorders.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient settingParticipate in the daily functions of the Diabetes Management Service.Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or masters degree from accredited PA Program RequiredLicenses & CertificationsActive PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice Upon Hire Required andActive PA board certification Upon Hire RequiredActive DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire RequiredOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity and InclusionUW Health is committed to being a diverse, inclusive and anti-racist workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
