Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  
• Provide product information and training to customers as needed
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
    
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
    
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
      
    • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
      
    • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
      
    • Fluency in a second language
