Shift Requirements: 8 hour PM 2p-1030p
Float Requirements: throughout assisted living
On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA
Required Certifications: WI CNA, BLS. Assisted living experience
required
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years assisted living, required
Charting Experience Required: ECS Preferred
Required Skillset: LTC CNA preferred, Rehab experience a plus
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social
candidates
Scrub Colors: Any
