qualified Med/Surg RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792 Pay Information
$2,561 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration:
13 weeks Shift: Day/Eve Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30)
Experience: Minimum of two years of acute care experience within
the last three years in the specialty License: Nursing license from
permanent address state Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certified through American Heart Association Must-Have: Basic
Arrhythmia experience and ability to pass Telemetry test
Description: Nurses are highly competent to care for a variety of
high acuity patients. Focus on compassionate patient and
family-centered care. Emphasis is placed on professional
development through continuing education. Professional
certifications, development of unit resource nurses, mentoring
staff and students are encouraged. Maintain a high standard of care
for all patients and their families. Travelers must live 50 miles
away from the assigned primary worksite. Travelers are the first to
float and may have shifts scheduled in multiple units. If the
primary unit no longer has a need, shifts may be reassigned to
another unit. Orientation typically lasts about one week and
