Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Specialist, Fully
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts outbound and inbound calls to provide detailed information
about eligibility services and performs eligibility screening
Interviews patients/members to gather personal and sensitive
information for program eligibility determination
Initiates referrals to other agencies for additional support as
needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, write) is a significant plus
Empathy and a desire to help others
Experience in healthcare or government benefits is a plus
Ability to work independently in a private and quiet
environment
