Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle and
Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and
increase customer lifetime value (CLV)
Own the digital product roadmap and enhance website user experience
to drive sales
Establish and monitor KPIs for ecommerce and retention, providing
actionable insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a focus on
direct revenue channels
4+ years in ecommerce, particularly in a direct-to-consumer
environment
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven
strategies
Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and CRM tools
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles impacting
conversion and retention
