Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Lending.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and launch of innovative financial products
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring compliance and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive product success

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management within the financial services industry
Prior experience in digital banking, lending, or FinTech preferred
Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks for financial products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
